- Review Month-End Closing and Quarterly Bapepam Financials: Ensure proper month-end closing, accurate financial reporting, compliance with Indonesian GAAP, timely delivery to management, and supported account reconciliations.
- Set Up Year-End Accounts: Review reconciliations, meet year-end deadlines, and minimize audit surprises by conducting monthly reviews.
- Tax Planning and Management: Oversee tax audits, execute tax planning, ensure timely reconciliations, and maintain accurate, audit-proof transfer pricing documents.
- Special Projects & System Improvements: Develop group accounting policies and drive process improvements, including automation and simplification.
- Manage and Develop the Team: Facilitate coaching, provide guidance, and implement job rotation to enhance team skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance (CPA/Ak certified is a must).
- 7+ years exposure in financial reporting, tax planning, and compliance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Must have a Tax Certification (BKP, Brevet A,B, & C, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of financial systems (e.g., SAP/ERP).
- Solid exposure handle Tax.
- Experience from public company would be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Willing to be place in Tangerang area.

- Performance Optimization & Insights: Deliver clear, data-driven insights through robust financial analysis and reporting. Help stakeholders make confident, strategic decisions.
- Operational & Commercial Analysis: Act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, using your commercial and retail acumen to influence decisions and drive profitability.
- KPI Development & Monitoring: Design, track, and refine KPls that highlight store performance, operational efficiency, and strategic impact.
- Business Transformation & Innovation: Champion initiatives that challenge the status quo-streamline processes, enhance forecasting accuracy, and embed agility into our financial framework.
- Team Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and grow a high-performing team of Business Controllers. Foster a culture of analytical excellence, strategic thinking, and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (from a top-tier institution)
- Master’s degree or certifications like CFA/CMA are a strong plus
- Experience in retail or multi-site environments, ideally in financial planning, analysis, or business control
- Strong in commercial analysis, performance management, and strategic business partnering
- Able to challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and influence outcomes
- Proficient in financial systems & Bl tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SOL
- Track record of driving automation and digital transformation
- Proven leadership experience-leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and engaging senior stakeholders
