AMFG merupakan produsen flat glass dan safety glass terbesar di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara. Jangkauan produk mencapai Indonesia, Asia, Australia, Selandia Baru, Timur Tengah, Amerika Serikat, Eropa, dan Afrika. Perusahaan sempat beroperasi dengan nama PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Co., Ltd. sebelum berganti nama menjadi PT. Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk. pada Juni 1998. Saat ini AMFG dimiliki Asahi Glass Co., Ltd., PT. Rodamas, dan kooperasi. Perusahaan ini merupakan induk PT Auto Glass Indonesia (AGI) yang berfokus pada penggantian dan jasa reparasi automotive safety glass.

Produk utama AMFG adalah flat glass berwarna, reflektif, dan kaca cermin yang digunakan di gedung-gedung bertingkat dan sebagai bahan baku industri hilir. Sementara automotive glass yang diproduksi perusahaan meliputi tempered glass dan kaca laminasi yang digunakan dalam industri otomotif. Pada 1985 AMFG memperkenalkan proses laminasi safety glass. Produksi laminated glass dimulai pada 1994. Selama tahun 1997, AMFG memulai tahap pertama pengembangan pabrik safety glass di Bukit Indah Industrial Park, Cikampek, Jawa Barat. Job Description :

• Develop, plan, and coordinate the standardization and development of a competitive and equivalent workforce
• Develop work plans, policies, and section work budgets
• Manage, supervise, and evaluate work according to applicable standards
• Evaluate the section’s systems and programs
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports to superiors
• Implement improvements to work systems

Job Description :

• Monitoring the Company’s compliance with the Company Law and other statutory provisions, the Articles of Association, Financial Services Authority and capital market rules and related statutory regulations, in close coordination with the Legal Department;
• Maintaining regular communications with the capital market regulatory agencies, including the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange, on all matters pertaining to governance, corporate actions and material transactions;
• Ensuring that shareholders and the general public are kept regularly informed about the Company’s actions, financial position and other material matters;
• Conducting General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors’ and Commissioners’ Meetings, as well as documenting the minutes of such meetings;

Job Description :
