- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and providefeedback to team members to promote professional growth and development.
- Maintainupdated database of master plan (UDGL), Estate Regulation, QJPP, and other relevant policies & regulations and perform regular knowledge sharing session to increase awareness
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Design Committee, regulatory agencies, government authorities, and community stakeholders regarding master plan (UDGL) related matters
- Collaborate with Design Committee ona regular basis in ordere ensure the development of both industrial and commercial tenant’s is in compliancewith (UDGL), PPTI, Estate Regulation, RJPP, and other relevant policies & regulations
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify deviation / non-compliance in both industrial & commercial tenant’s developmentnimprovement areas for operational optimization and cost-saving opportunities
